Bir konfeksiyon işletmesinde yalın üretim teknikleri uygulama olanaklarının araştırılması

Abstract

Yalın Üretim, ürün ve hizmet yaratma sürecini israflardan arındırıp sadeleştirerek sunulan değeri mükemmelleştirmek ve bu yolla firma karlılığını arttırmak amacını taşıyan kavram, sistem ve teknikler bütünüdür. Artan farkındalıkla birlikte müşteriler, daha çok çeşidi daha az maliyetle, yüksek kalitede ve hızlı teslimatla talep etmektedirler. Benzer şekilde, işletmeler de aynı amaçları taşımaktadır. Buna ek olarak, küreselleşme nedeniyle artan rekabet, maliyetlerdeki artış gibi sebeplerden dolayı işletmeler daha az maliyetle ve daha fazla ve daha kaliteli üretmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Bu noktada işletmede yapılan çalışma ile öncelikle seçilen hat analiz edilmiştir. Bu analizler sonucu taşıma, gereksiz hareket, bekleme, taşıma gibi israflar tespit edilmiş ve yerleşim planında değişikliğe gidilmiştir. 2. Aşama olarak, hatta değer katan prosesleri belirlemek için hattın Değer Akışı Haritası çıkarılmıştır. Hattın takt zamanı hesaplanmış ve bir ürünün akış süresini belirlenmek için veri toplanmıştır. Mevcut duruma göre çözüm önerileri getirilerek Gelecek Durum Haritası oluşturulmuştur. Buna göre demet sayıları düşürülmüş, kanban ve çekme sistemi uygulanmıştır. Akış süresi ortalama %69 oranında azaltılmıştır ve tek parça akış hedeflenmiştir

Lean Manufacturing is a set of concepts, systems and techniques that aim to perfect the value offered and thus increase the profitability of the company by purifying and simplifying the process of creating products and services from waste. With increasing awareness, customers are demanding more variety with less cost, high quality and fast delivery. Similarly, businesses have the same goals. In addition, due to reasons such as increased competition due to globalization and increase in costs, businesses aim to produce more and better quality at less cost.At this point, the selected line was analyzed with the study carried out in the enterprise. As a result of these analyzes, wastes such as transportation, unnecessary movement, waiting, transportation were determined and the layout plan was changed. As a second step, the Value Stream Map of the line was created to identify the processes that add value to the line. The takt time of the line was calculated and data was collected to determine the flow time of a product. A Future Situation Map was created by suggesting solutions according to the current situation. Accordingly, the number of bundles has been reduced, and the kanban and drawing system has been applied. Flow time has been reduced by an average of 69% and a single piece flow is targeted.
