Hava sporları deneyimlerinin memnuniyete etkileri: Pamukkale örneği

Abstract

Günümüzde deniz, kum, güneş üçlemesinin yanı sıra turizm çeşitlerine olan yönelim ve kişilerin tatil anlayışının değişmesi spor turizmine verilen değeri artırmıştır. Bu çalışmada Pamukkale bölgesinde hafif hava araçları ile yaşanan deneyimlerden yola çıkılarak, bu deneyimlerin memnuniyet üzerindeki etkileri incelenmiştir. Pamukkale’de turistik hafif hava aracı ile deneyim yaşayan turistlere anket uygulanmıştır. 313 turistten veriler toplanmış ve istatistik program vasıtasıyla veriler analiz edilmiştir. Veriler analiz edildiğinde hava araçları deneyiminin memnuniyet üzerinde anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olduğu görülmüştür. Bilişsel, sosyal ve kişisel deneyimlerin memnuniyet üzerinde anlamlı etkisi, faydacı deneyimin ise memnuniyet üzerinde anlamlı bir etkisi bulunmamaktadır.

Today, besides the sea, sand and sun trilogy, the value of tourism and holiday understanding to tourism has been increased. In this study, based on the experiences with light aircraft in Pamukkale, choose to meet these experiences. A questionnaire was applied to the tourists who had experience with a touristic light aircraft in Pamukkale. Data were collected from 313 tourists and the data were analyzed by means of a statistical program. When the data were analyzed, it was seen that the aircraft experience had a significant effect on satisfaction. Cognitive, social and personal experiences have no significant effect on satisfaction, while utilitarian experience has no significant effect on satisfaction.
