Abstract: The aim of this study is to analyse the goals of the competitions played at the 2018 FIFA World Cup and the 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup. The distribution of the goals scored in 15-minute periods, the techniques of shooting the goals, the way the goals are scored, the position of the goals scored by the players who play, the number of goals scored by the region, the number of touches of the player scoring the goal, how the result of the match ended according to the team scoring the first goal and The distribution of the goal scored by the ending point in the goal was examined. In the 2018 FIFA World Cup, a total of 166 goals were scored and the average goal per game of the tournament was 2.59. In the 2019 Women's World Cup, a total of 144 goals were scored and the average goal per game of the tournament was 2.76. 76.-90. The reason for this can be explained as a result of the fatigue caused by the decrease in the physical strength of the teams in these minutes. In addition, the referees' addition to the end of the match may have led to more goals in this time interval. It is thought that the goals scored as a result of this study will contribute to the formation of training models by determining the structure of offensive organizations.
