Abstract: This paper introduces a new floating simulator suitable for realizing frequency dependent negative resistor (FDNR). The introduced FDNR uses three current feedback operational amplifiers and a canonical number of passive components. It does not need any passive component matching conditions and/or cancellation constraints. In addition, a voltage-mode band-pass filter is given as an application example. Simulation results are also comprised to affirm the theory. © 2022 IEEE.
