Title: The Role of Psychological Capital in Creating an Intrapreneurship Culture

Abstract: Intrapreneurship culture is imperative for the organization to maintain sustainability in terms of growth and performance. At the same time, psychological capital is the set of strength and resources self-efficacy, optimism, hope and resilience within an individual that helps to enhance their performance at the workplace. Entrepreneurial culture plays an important role within an organization to have a competitive edge in the dynamic business. In order to investigate more about the concept of intrapreneurship culture and organizational key resource and strengths, the current study is intended to determine the effect of psychological capital on intrapreneurship culture considering the case of the Turkish textile sector. Questionnaire method is used in the study. The study has found that hope and self-efficacy are significantly associated with an entrepreneurial culture. In conclusion, the study has found thought-provoking insights regarding the relationship between psychological capital and entrepreneurial culture for organizations that are working in a dynamic environment.
