In order for individuals to be successful and effective in their organizations, the concept of political skill emerges as the ability to influence and manage others and present themselves as desired in line with their own interests. The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between the five-factor personality traits and political skill. The questionnaire method was used in the research, and statistical analyses were applied to the findings obtained from a valid dataset of 121 employees of a logistics company located in Istanbul. As a result of the analyses, a significant relationship between the five-factor personality traits and political skill was found. Specifically, a positive and significant relationship was identified between the extraversion dimension of the five-factor personality traits and political skill.
