Aluminium alloys are widely used in automotive and aerospace fields due to their material properties such as low density and high strength. In this experimental performance, AA2024, AA6061, and AA7075 alloy materials were cut in desired form by water jet (angle value ranges: between 0.0 and1.0 by 0.10 increments) processes. The fellow T6 heat treatment step was determined for the waterjet cut samples (Treatment for 2 h at 510(degrees)C followed by aging at 160(degrees)C for 1-h periods up to 15 h). After dissolution and after each hour of aging heat treatment, the hardness and vibration properties of the samples were investigated. FESEM, EDS, MAP, and microhardness data were obtained to determine the effects of applied heat treatments. As a result of the experiments, it was observed that the applied aging heat treatments increased the hardness, while no significant difference in vibration occurred. In addition, it has been shown experimentally and analytically that the natural frequency values of the beam can be changed by changing the cross-sectional angle of the beam. The experimental and analytical analyzes of the built-in beams were close to each other. The reason for the difference between them is the use of the Euler-Bernoulli beam in the analytical analysis and the neglect of the shear forces.en_US
