Öğretmenlerde psikolojik sağlamlık ile tükenmişlik düzeyleri arasındaki ilişki

Abstract

Bu tez, öğretmenlerin psikolojik sağlamlık ile tükenmişlik düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkiyi anlamaya odaklanmaktadır. 2022-2023 Eğitim Öğretim yılı Denizli Büyükşehir İlinin Pamukkale ilçesi, Merkezefendi ilçesi ve Sarayköy ilçesinde devletin resmi okullarında çalışan öğretmenlerin katılımıyla gerçekleştirilen bu araştırma, eğitim sürecindeki zorluklar karşısında öğretmenlerin psikolojik sağlamlık düzeylerinin, tükenmişlik düzeyleri üzerindeki potansiyel etkilerini araştırmak ve öğretmenlerin psikolojik sağlamlıkları ile kişisel özellikleri arasındaki ilişkileri ortaya koymak amacı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada, katılımcıların psikolojik sağlamlık düzeylerini tespit etmek için Psikolojik Sağlamlık Ölçeği, tükenmişlik düzeylerini tespit etmek için de Maslach Tükenmişlik Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde ise SPPS programı kullanılmıştır. Çalışma beş bölümden oluşmakta olup ilk kısımda araştırmanın dinamikleri sunulmuştur. İkinci bölümde konunun teoriğe dayalı bilgi çerçevesi çizilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde ise araştırmanın yöntemi açıklanmıştır. Dördüncü bölümde çalışmanın bulgu ve açıklamaları sunulmuştur. Çalışmanın son bölümünde ise tartışma ve öneriler açıklanmıştır. Araştırmanın bulguları öğretmenlerin psikolojik dayanıklılık düzeyleri ile tükenmişlik düzeyleri arasında anlamlı ve ters bir ilişki olduğunu göstermektedir. Yüksek psikolojik sağlamlığa sahip olan öğretmenlerin genellikle daha düşük tükenmişlik düzeylerine sahip olduğu gözlemlenmiştir. Bu durum, öğretmenlerin psikolojik dayanıklılıklarının, eğitim sürecindeki stres ve baskılara karşı koruyucu bir faktör olabileceğini göstermektedir. Bu tez, eğitim alanında çalışan profesyoneller, eğitim yöneticileri ve ilgili araştırmacılar için öğretmenlerin psikolojik sağlamlıkları ile tükenmişlik düzeyleri arasındaki dinamikleri anlamada önemli bir katkı sağlamaktadır.

This thesis focuses on understanding the relationship between teachers' psychological Deciency and burnout levels. This research, conducted with the participation of teachers working in official schools in Pamukkale and Merkezefendi Saraykoy districts of Denizli province in the 2022-2023 academic year, was conducted in order to investigate the potential effects of teachers' psychological Deceleration levels on burnout levels in the face of difficulties in the educational process and to reveal the relationships between teachers' psychological deceleration and personal characteristics. In the research, the Psychological Robustness Scale was used to determine the psychological robustness levels of the participants and the Maslach Burnout Scale was used to measure the burnout levels. In the analysis of the data, the SPPS program was used. The study consists of five parts and the dynamics of the research are presented in the first part. In the second part, the theoretical framework of the subject is drawn. In the third section, the method of the research is explained. The findings of the study are presented in the fourth section. In the last part of the study, discussions and suggestions are explained. The research results show that there is a significant negative relationship between the psychological Deciency levels of teachers and burnout levels. It has been observed that teachers who have high psychological robustness generally have lower burnout levels. This situation shows that the psychological endurance of teachers can be a protective factor against stress and pressure in the educational process. This thesis makes an important contribution to the understanding of the dynamics between the psychological soundness and burnout levels of teachers for professionals working in the field of education, educational administrators and related researchers.Dec.
