Öğretmenlerin psikolojik sağlamlık düzeyleri ile sosyal destek algıları arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi

Abstract

Öğretmenlerin psikolojik sağlamlık düzeyleri ile sosyal destek algıları arasındaki ilişkinin araştırıldığı bu çalışma nicel ve ilişkisel tarama modelindedir. 2023-2024 Eğitim Öğretim yılında Denizli ilinde resmi ilköğretim ve orta öğretim kurumlarında görev yapan öğretmenlerden seçkisiz örnekleme yöntemiyle seçilen 204 öğretmene ulaşılmış olup “Kişisel bilgi formu”, “Psikolojik Sağlamlık Ölçeği” ve “Çok Boyutlu Algılanan Sosyal Destek Ölçeği (ÇBASD)” kullanılarak veriler toplanmıştır ve 204 öğretmenin cevapları analizler yapılarak şu sonuçlara ulaşılmıştır:Öğretmenlerin psikolojik sağlamlık düzeyleri yüksek seviyededir. Öğretmenlerin sosyal destek algıları aile, arkadaş ve özel biri boyutlarında yüksek düzeydedir. Öğretmenleri kapsayan bu araştırmada öğretmenlerin psikolojik sağlamlıkları ve sosyal destekleri arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu yordanmıştır. Ölçeklere katılım sağlayan öğretmenlerin çoğu sıkıntılı zamanlarından sonra kendilerini hızlı bir şekilde toparlayabildikleri görülmüştür.Öğretmenlerin psikolojik sağlamlık düzeyleri ile Arkadaşlarım alt boyutu ile pozitif yönlü ilişkili olduğu bulunmuştur. Öğretmenlerin psikolojik sağlamlık düzeyleri ile Ailem alt boyutu ile pozitif yönlü ilişkili olduğu bulunmuştur. Yine araştırma bulgularına göre öğretmenlerin psikolojik sağlamlık düzeyleri ile özel bir insan alt boyutu ile pozitif yönlü bir ilişki bulunmuştur.

This study, which investigates the relationship between teachers' psychological resilience levels and their perceptions of social support, is in a quantitative and relational screening model. In the 2023-2024 academic year, 204 teachers selected by random sampling method from among the teachers working in public primary and secondary education institutions in Denizli province were reached and data were used using the "Personal Information Form", "Psychological Resilience Scale" and "Multidimensional Perceived Social Support Scale (ÇBASD)". were collected and the answers of 204 teachers were analyzed and the following results were reached:Teachers' psychological resilience levels are at a high level. Teachers' perceptions of social support are high in the dimensions of family, friends and special someone. In this study involving teachers, it was predicted that there was a significant relationship between teachers' psychological resilience and social support. It was observed that most of the teachers who participated in the scales were able to recover quickly after difficult times.It was found that there was a positive relationship between teachers' psychological resilience levels and the My Friends sub-dimension. It was found that there was a positive relationship between teachers' psychological resilience levels and the My Family sub-dimension. Again, according to the research findings, a positive relationship was found between teachers' psychological resilience levels and a special human sub-dimension.
