İlahiyat fakültesinde öğrenim gören üniversite öğrencilerinin maneviyat algıları

Abstract

Bu araştırma Pamukkale Üniversitesi İlahiyat fakültesinde öğrenim gören üniversite öğrencileri maneviyat algıları ve bu algılarının kişisel özelliklere göre durumunun ortaya çıkarılması amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma tarama modelinde yapılmıştır. 2023 yılı bahar döneminde seçkisiz örnekleme ile 273 öğrenciden veri toplanmıştır. Araştırmada en yüksek düzey kâinatta, aşkın (ilâhî) bir varlığın olduğuna inanma şeklinde olmuştur. Bunu dua ettiğimde Allah’a kendimi yakın hissederim maddesi izlerken en düşük düzey ise enerjisine inandığım şeyleri üzerimde taşırım maddesindedir. İlahiyat fakültesinde öğrenim gören üniversite öğrencilerinin maneviyat alt boyutları algılarıyla ilgili en yüksek ortalama aşkınlık boyutunda çok yüksek düzeyde ölçülmüştür. Bunu “Çok yüksek” düzeylerinde bağlantı boyutu, anlam arayışı boyutu, manevi başa çıkma boyutu, manevi hoşnutluk boyutu izlemiştir. Manevi yaşantı boyutu yüksek düzeyde iken en düşük ortalama tabiatla uyum boyutundadır. İlahiyat fakültesinde öğrenim gören üniversite öğrencilerinin maneviyat alt boyutları algılarının cinsiyet ve ailenin aylık gelir düzeylerine göre farklılık göstermediği görülürken yaş, anne eğitim düzeyi, baba eğitim düzeyi, hayatlarının çoğunun geçtiği yer durumlarına göre farklılık göstermiştir. Yaşa göre 24 yaş ve üzerindeki öğrenciler lehine, anne ve baba eğitim düzeylerine göre ortaokul mezunu anne ve baba çocukları öğrenciler lehine yüksek iken hayatının çoğunu yaşadığı yere göre de köylerde yaşayan öğrenciler lehine daha yüksek olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Öğrencilerin maneviyat algılarının arttırılmasına yönelik çalışmalar yapılması ve bu alanda farklı çalışmaların yapılması önerilmiştir.

This research was conducted to reveal the spirituality perceptions of university students studying at Pamukkale University Faculty of Theology and the status of these perceptions according to their personal characteristics. The research was conducted in the survey model. Data was collected from 273 students with random sampling in the spring semester of 2023. The highest level of research was the belief that there is a transcendent (divine) being in the universe. This is followed by the item "I feel close to God when I pray", while the lowest level is in the item "I carry things on me whose energy I believe in". The highest average level regarding the perceptions of spirituality sub-dimensions of university students studying at the faculty of theology was measured at a very high level in the dimension of transcendence. This was followed by the connection dimension, the search for meaning dimension, the spiritual coping dimension, and the spiritual contentment dimension at "very high" levels. While the spiritual life dimension is at a high level, the lowest average is in the dimension of harmony with nature. While it was observed that the perceptions of spirituality sub-dimensions of university students studying at the faculty of theology did not differ according to gender and family monthly income levels, they differed according to age, mother's education level, father's education level, and the place where they spent most of their lives. It has been concluded that according to age, it is higher in favor of students aged 24 and over, according to mother and father education levels, it is higher in favor of students whose parents are secondary school graduates, and according to where they live most of their lives, it is higher in favor of students living in villages. It has been suggested that studies should be carried out to increase students' perceptions of spirituality and that different studies should be carried out in this field.
