Abstract

Bu çalışmada ergenlik çağındaki bireylere yönelik manevi destek ve rehberlik konu alanındaki çalışmalar ve sonuçların araştırılması, onların gelişim dönemleri, sorunları ve özellikle inanç noktasındaki sıkıntılarının incelenmesi ve gençlere yönelik yapılabilecek manevi destek ve rehberlik konusunda yol gösterici çıkarımlarda bulunmak hedeflenmiştir. Ergenlik döneminin kişilik ve karakter yapısının şekillenmesinde önemli bir dönem olduğu ve bu dönemde mutlaka gençlere rehberlik yapılması, sorunlarının çözülmesinde desteklenmesi ve manevi krizlerini en hafif şekilde atlatabilmeleri için gerekli çalışmaların yapılması gerekmektedir. Gençlerde hoşnutsuzluk, saldırganlık, yalnızlık, tedirginlik, endişe, korku, öfke ve hatta kendini yok etme gibi pek çok olumsuz eğilimlerin olduğu çalışmalarda ortaya konulmuştur. Bu sorunlarla baş etmede Müslüman nüfusun yoğun olduğu ülkemizde manevi danışman ve rehberlerin etkin ve verimli çalışma yapmaları ve bu konularda desteklenmeleri gerekmektedir. Gençlerin, sağlam bir kişilik yapısıyla geleceklerini inşa edebilmeleri için onlarla her yönden ilgilenilmesi ve onlara sahip çıkılması gerekmektedir. Bu da fedakârlık gerektiren, sadece işimiz gereği değil günün her saati dertlendiğimizde ancak verim alabileceğimiz ve üstümüze düşenlerin ötesinde Koşturduğumuzda yol alabileceğimiz çok meşakkatli bir süreç olabilir. Ülkelerin geleceğinin teminat ve mimarı olan gençlerin bu dönemlerinde sorunlarının çözümünde desteklenmesi, sağlam bir zeminde geleceğe güvenle, emin adımlarla yürüyebilmesi de hem gençlerin hem toplumun hem de ülkemiz açısından son derece önemlidir. Bundan dolayı tüm ibadet yerlerinin, özellikle de lise ve üniversite kampüslerinde bulunanların, geleneksel kurum içi dini hizmetlerinin yanı sıra “Manevi Sosyal Hizmet” sunma kapasitesine sahip olmaları büyük önem taşımaktadır. Ülkemizde bu alanda hala boşluğun olduğu, yeterli çalışmaların olmadığı ve bu alanda yetişmiş nitelikli manevi danışman ve rehberlerin de birçoğunun yeterli sayı ve nitelikte olmadığı araştırmalarda ortaya çıkarılmıştır. Bu alanda nitelikli ve yeterlik olarak alanında temayüz etmiş kişilerin yeterli sayıda olacak ve gençler başta olmak üzere ihtiyaç duyan herkese destek ve rehberlik yapacak iş gücünün yetiştirilmesi gerekmektedir. Bu anlamda geleceğin mimarı ve teminatı olan gençlerin sorunlarının çözümü ve gelişimlerini desteklemek amacıyla manevi danışmanlık ve rehberlik çalışmalarının sunulması ve yaygınlaştırılması önerilmektedir.
