dc.description.abstract | The aim of this study was to calculate the dimensions of necessary measures and to determine the cost of a greenhouse structure, where vegetables are grown, by the computer based on some information provided by the user. It is planned to provide basic information for the manufacturer for determining the amount of materials and total costs of greenhouses which are built in different sizes such as gable roof, arc roof and gothic roof covered with plastic or glass. In this study, different preferences to manufacturers are presented by calculating cost of four types of plants in different growing conditions in different types of greenhouse dimension and different types of covering materials. The software developed for this purpose is easy to use, user frendly and has an interactive interface; and it continues the process step by step according to the user preferences. In practice, all of the options will be used in the calculation to minimize user errors, as selected from the prepared radi box or combo box. Present software will help the manufacturer to select greenhouse type and its cost according to the product he wants to grow by entering data chosen by himself and will be able to see plan, section and view of chosen conditions in the greenhouse. | en_US |
