Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to determine the effects of administrators, teachers, physical facilities, education programs and social events in primary schools. For this purpose, the answer to whether or not these subscales have an effect in determining the degree of contentment of the parents with the school is searched in the study. In this study, data sources for the subjects studied were carefully examined. Student parents of Denizli Merkezefendi Primary School and other primary schools in the district of Pamukkale in the academic year 2014-2015 constitute the study group of this study. The questionnaire prepared by the researcher was used to collect data and SPSS 21.0 software was used for statistical analysis and calculations. Analyzing the personal characteristics of the parents of the students participating in the research, the frequency and percentage calculation was conducted. for piped to the subjects In this study, to test the opinion differences of the group included in the study, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) with independent groups t test and complementary post hoc technique were applied in 37 expressions directed to the group and then, the results were evaluated. The results are as follows; 1. On looking at the answers of parents to measure the expression of contentment levels related to the school board's director, the conclusion “Agree” with total arithmetic mean X = 4.06 was obtained. 2. The expression of contentment levels related to the school teachers, the conclusion “Strongly Agree” with total arithmetic mean X = 4.44 was obtained. 3. The expression of contentment levels related to the pyhsical conditions of school were on the level of ‘Agree’ with total arithmetic mean X= 3,48. 4. The expression of contentment levels related to the program of school were on the level of ‘Agree’ with total arithmetic mean X= 4,17. 5.Lastly, The expression of contentment levels related to the social facilities of school were on the level of ‘Agree’ with total arithmetic mean X= 3,83.

Bu araştırmanın ana amacı ilkokullarda veli memnuniyetinin sağlanmasında yöneticinin, öğretmenin, fiziki olanakların, uygulanan eğitim programlarının ve sosyal etkinliklerin etkisinin belirlenmesine yöneliktir. Bu amaçla öğrenci velilerinin okuldan memnuniyet derecelerinin belirlenmesinde bu alt boyutların etkisinin olup olmadığına cevap aranmıştır. Bu araştırmada incelenen konuya ilişkin kaynaklar ve veriler dikkatle incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2014-2015 eğitm öğretim yılında Denizli Merkezefendi ve Pamukkale ilçe merkezlerindeki ilkokulların öğrenci velileri oluşturmaktadır. Verilerin toplanmasında araştırmacı tarafından oluşturulan anketten yararlanılmış, istatistiksel inceleme ve hesaplamalar için SPSS 21.0 programı kullanılmıştır. Araştırmaya katılan öğrenci velilerinin kişisel özelliklerinin çözümlenmesinde frekans ve yüzde hesaplamaları yapılmıştır. Araştırmada deneklere yöneltilen 37 adet ifadede araştırmaya dâhil edilen grubun görüş farklılıklarının test edilmesi için bağımsız grup T testi ile tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA) ve tamamlayıcı post hoctekniği uygulanmış ve sonuçlar değerlendirilmiştir. Yapılan analizler sonucunda; 1. Araştırmanın yönetici boyutuna ait velilerin okul yönetimine ilişkin memnuniyet düzeylerini ölçmeye yönelik ifadelere verdikleri cevapların toplam aritmetik ortalamasının X= 4,06 “Katılıyorum” düzeyinde olduğu sonucu elde edilmiştir. 2. Araştırmanın öğretmen boyutuna ait velilerin öğretmenlere ilişkin memnuniyet düzeylerini ölçmeye yönelik ifadelere verdikleri cevapların toplam aritmetik ortalamasının X= 4,44 “Kesinlikle Katılıyorum” düzeyinde olduğu sonucu elde edilmiştir. 3. Araştırmanın fiziki olanaklar boyutuna ait velilerin fiziki olanaklara ilişkin memnuniyet düzeylerini ölçmeye yönelik ifadelere verdikleri cevapların toplam aritmetik ortalamasının X= 3,48 “Katılıyorum” düzeyinde olduğu sonucu elde edilmiştir. 4. Araştırmanın program boyutuna ait velilerin uygulanan eğitim programlarına ilişkin memnuniyet düzeylerini ölçmeye yönelik ifadelere verdikleri cevapların toplam aritmetik ortalamasının X= 4,17 “Katılıyorum” düzeyinde olduğu sonucu elde edilmiştir. 5. Araştırmanın sosyal etkinlik boyutuna ait velilerin okuldaki sosyal etkinliklere ilişkin memnuniyet düzeylerini ölçmeye yönelik ifadelere verdikleri cevapların toplam aritmetik ortalamasının X= 3,83 “Katılıyorum” düzeyinde olduğu sonucu elde edilmiştir.
