Ev ziyaretlerinin öğrenci başarısına etkisinin incelenmesi

Abstract

This research and education in the curriculum of the home visits in order to evaluate teachers based on the opinions of the functionality has been made. The sample of the research in the academic year 2014-2015, education, province of Denizli Civril district of the Ministry of national education are teachers in junior high school. The study developed by the researcher survey and interview data were obtained with the technique. Survey data was used in the analysis of statistical package SPSS 15 program. Survey reliability coefficient alpha internal consistency coefficient was calculated using and 0.89. Interview data is in the discussion of descriptive analysis technique. As a result of the research on the views of teachers for home visit has been seen in a positive direction. Gender, education levels and the views of teachers class according to change existing cigarettes. Teachers ' opinions of the profession for seniority of home visit, graduate school, vocational school and worked on the type of status differ significantly according to emerged. They perform their visit to the home of the vast majority of teachers in this way, children and family, it was seen that they have more information about it. Transportation, time and planning that are experiencing difficulty has been reached to the conclusion. During home visits to families is given information about a variety of topics, along with the family of the activity instances identified potential is presented. In addition, based on the findings of researchers from research and made suggestions for the practitioner.

Bu araştırma eğitim programında yer alan ev ziyaretlerinin işlevselliğinin öğretmen görüşlerine göre değerlendirilmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini 2014 - 2015 eğitim öğretim yılında, Denizli ili Çivril İlçesinde Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı’na bağlı ortaokullarda görev yapan öğretmenler oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada veriler araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen anket ve görüşme tekniği ile elde edilmiştir. Anket verilerinin analizinde SPSS 15 istatistik paket programı kullanılmıştır. Anketin güvenirlik katsayısı alpha iç tutarlılık katsayısı kullanılarak hesaplanmış ve 0.89 bulunmuştur. Görüşme verilerinin çözümlenmesinde ise betimsel analiz tekniği kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda ev ziyaretlerine yönelik öğretmen görüşlerinin olumlu yönde olduğu görülmüştür. Öğretmen görüşlerinin cinsiyete, eğitim düzeylerine ve sınıf mevcutlarına göre değişiklik göstermediği tespit edilmiştir. Öğretmenlerin ev ziyaretlerine yönelik görüşlerinin meslek kıdemlerine, mezun oldukları okul türüne, çalışılan okul türüne ve meslek statülerine göre anlamlı farklılık gösterdiği ortaya çıkmıştır. Öğretmenlerin büyük çoğunluğunun ev ziyaretlerini gerçekleştirdikleri bu sayede çocuk ve aile hakkında daha fazla bilgi sahibi oldukları görülmüştür. Ulaşım, zaman ve planlama konusunda güçlükler yaşandığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ev ziyaretleri sırasında ailelere çeşitli konular hakkında bilgiler verildiği, ailenin çocuğu ile birlikte uygulayabilecekleri etkinlik örnekleri sunulduğu saptanmıştır. Ayrıca araştırmadan elde edilen bulgulara dayanılarak araştırmacılar ve uygulayıcılara yönelik önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
