Abstract: The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the attitudes of college students towards dating violence and their gender, department, parents’ education level and number of sibling. The study group consisted of 285 female and 132 male students attending different departments in faculty of education in Pamukkale University. Data was collected by the attitudes towards dating violence scales and demographic information sheet, and analyzed by SPSS 23.00. In order to examine the relation of attitudes and demographic variables, t-test and one way ANOVA were used. Analyses showed a significant relationship between attitudes and the variables of education level, number of sibling, department and gender. Findings have been discussed in term of related literature. © The Turkish Online Journal of Educational Technology.
