Abstract: The aim of this study was to investigate the career stress determinantsof the students in the Faculty of Sports Sciences. The average age ofstudents is 21.39±2.60 (male n = 169, female n = 111). “Korean CareerStress Scale” developed by Choi et al. (2011) and adapted to Turkish byÖzden and Sertel-Berk (2017) was used as data collection tool. Nosignificant difference was found between the scores obtained from thescale and gender, age and the status of doing sports. A statisticallysignificant difference was found between the scale scores of thestudents and the sub-dimension of “employment pressure” accordingto the grade variable and the total score and the “career ambiguity andlacking information” sub-dimension according to the departmentvariable. As a result, it was determined that students experienced the“employment pressure” as their grade levels increased and theyexperienced the stress of “career ambiguity and lack of information”when the education department differed.
